Student appeals   The student has the right to appeal a decision by management to the Directors. Student expulsion

Student expulsion   In addition to discipline at school, a student is subject to disciplinary action, including suspension and or expulsion, for misconduct away from school if the school administration determines the student’s presence to be detrimental to the best interest of the school. Students who engage in an ongoing pattern of behavior that is disruptive to the orderly operations of the school will be referred for immediate expulsion depending on the frequency, severity, and seriousness of the act.

Student suspension   Suspension is used in the following circumstances: To ensure the safety and well-being of members of the community or preservation of school property; To ensure the student’s own physical or emotional safety and well-being; If the student poses a definite threat of disruption of, or interference with, the normal operations of the school.   The Director and/or International Student Advisor may place a student on suspension upon making a determination that such an action is necessary to maintain safety and order.
