Learn the steps and all you need to become an F1 student in the U.S.

The process of becoming an international student in the U.S is very simple. 

1. First of all, you need to submit the  Application Form along with the required documentation. 
2. After receiving your documentation, we will process your application. 
3. Once accepted, you will receive the acceptance letter, your I-20 form, and instructions on how to apply for the student visa at the nearest consulate. 

If you are transferring to Approach from another school, once we receive your Application Form, we will contact the DSO of your current school to request your SEVIS transfer. As soon as your SEVIS record is released, you will be able to start classes at Approach. 

Beyond applying from abroad or transferring to Approach, you can also apply to change your status in the U.S. and become a student. We do the change of status process “in-house” to ensure your documentation is correct.
