I didn’t receive my books. What should I do?
What to do if your books never arrived, arrived damaged, or are the wrong books.
There are two ways to receive your school materials:
- Delivery to your home address.
- Pickup at school. (recommended)
If you didn’t receive your books, email help@approachusa.com to confirm your address. We will check when your books were mailed and will get back to you immediately with the delivery information.
I received the wrong books. What should I do?
If you changed levels or program after the books were mailed, you can come to the school and exchange the books you received in the mail for the books you need.
My books arrived damaged. What should I do?
Just come to the school and exchange your damaged book for a new one!
