I am not graduating from my current program, but I am moving to another state. Can I have time off to move?
If you do not qualify for a grace period, you should talk to the school you are going to transfer to, so they can issue your acceptance letter, and you can proceed with the transfer. Since starting dates vary between schools, you would need to contact your new school to verify when you need to start classes.
